Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I had a very comfortable stay. Very clean rooms. Easy to find and a perfect location for exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

Very nice rooms. Clean and Spacious. The grounds were beautiful and the hotel is well kept. The staff is very friendly. The morning breakfast has good options including hot and cold items.

Wish there was more dinner options on the menu. We had an early exit one morning and if we could have stayed at the hotel for dinner, it would have been nice.

We stayed here in early July 2014 for a week. Hotel Certaldo is a beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms. The breakfast was wonderful with great choice. But it is the staff that are the true star of this hotel and made our trip with family from the USA a truely perfect holiday. The staff were very helpful and friendly and very helpful in relation to sights to see providing maps and directions and great tips especially Claudia who was like our personal tour guide giving us great advice!. A special mention to Lorena who served coffee with a smile every morning both in the cup with a smiley face and also in person! Certaldo itself is a lovely village with kind people and tasty restaurants and the old town is well worth a visit. Wish there was a higher rating for Hotel Certaldo as I would give it a much higher mark. Thank you Hotel Certaldo for a wonderful holiday and for doing such a wonderful job. I have already recommended the hotel to other people to visit if they are visiting Tuscany.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The breakfast was nice but the staff made it a truely perfect holiday. Very helpful and friendly. Certaldo is a lovely village with kind people and tasty restaurants, as well as the perfect location to tour the region. Great tips are the cooking school in Certaldo Alto and a wine tasting in the nearby vineyards.

We went during a relatively quiet period, but I can imagine that the pool would be a bit small during busier periods. Furthermore we would have liked more lunch or dinner options in the hotel itself.
